General Information

St. Petersburg University (SPbU) is the organizing institution and the host of the Congress.

The official language of the Congress is Russian and English. 


An application will be made to the UEMS-EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event.  Further information on the number of credits offered will be published on the congress website in due course.  


The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip. 


Many foreign participants of the Congress need a visa to enter the Russian Federation.
It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required. 
Congress Secretary provides participants with visa support papers. 
Additional fees may apply. 
Please, note - in order to obtain the visa your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the proposed date;

Upon request, the Congress Secretariat will send personal invitation letters to participants. This invitation is prepared solely for the purpose of visa applications and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support or confirmation of inclusion in the Scientific Program. Please email your request with full name, postal address and passport number to: Invitation letters can be provided electronically (PDF) or as a hard copy if required.  In case of special delivery (courier) request, the participant will be responsible for all charges.
